What's not to love? The form factor is convenient, it's some of the most affordable Magnesium on the market, and the blend of chelates is perfect. It's made all the difference for my sleep and lifestyle.
Since using three capsules of this three times a day, I have been sleeping better than I have for a long time. That is the most immediately noticeable improvement, and as someone who has struggled with sleeping well for a long time, that alone makes it greatly worth it. Thank you guys for making such a great Magnesium supplement.
For me, the combination of magnesiums works well for calming mast cells and overall support. The recommended dose seems to work best, but is a dose I have to work up to. It'd be great to see this offered in powder form (no capsules).
This is it, no need to look further for mag supplements.
